LASERWAR CRM stores all client data and knows whom to congratulate. In Settings → Mailings → Client mailings you keep message templates sent on the chosen day by SMS or email.

Create a template, offer a discount or free extra service and link to your club website. Choose how many days before the event to send and the channel — SMS or email. The guest gets a warm invitation; you get at least one more booking.
