Request a review after the game
Customer feedback matters at every stage. An outside view shows what you miss day to day.
Positive reviews motivate staff and build trust with new guests. Sometimes clubs work well but have few online reviews — guests simply forget.
In LASERWAR CRM go to Settings → Mail templates and use the review request template. After an event the guest receives an email with a link. Edit the text anytime and offer a bonus for a detailed review.
