Use kits

A good CRM automates everything that can be automated.

A great example is Kits in the LASERWAR CRM Warehouse. Create ready sets of game equipment for your club. When forming a booking you do not enter each tagger separately — pick a kit for the game type and the set is added automatically.

Kits are built from templates in Warehouse → Equipment. Click +Kit, name the set, choose the game type and components. Existing kits can be edited or removed. In a booking, lists are filtered by game type so laser tag and airsoft sets never mix up.
