Open Dashboard in the side menu (speedometer icon).
What you see
- Revenue for today, week and month
- Orders and overdue payments
- Cash register balance
- 30-day revenue chart with forecast and load by day of week
- Top managers and top instructors
- Funnel: orders → confirmed → paid
- Heatmap, cohort retention, period comparison
Customization
Click the gear icon next to "New order" to choose which widgets to display. Settings are saved per account.
How to use
- Check the dashboard every morning for yesterday's results
- Watch the funnel: many orders but few payments means a confirmation problem
- Use the heatmap to find peak hours and plan staffing
