In the "Types of expenses" item, you can configure a list of available types of club expenses, such as the purchase of equipment, rent, etc. In the future, you will be able to get analytics for each type of expense.
The central part of the window displays a list of previously entered expense types.
You can filter the list by the value of any column by entering the corresponding value in the top row of the table. To change the order of list elements, use the 
.
You can change the data of the previously entered position by pressing the in the line with its name. You can delete expense types using the . To delete several values at once, check the boxes next to them on the left side of the list and click the .
To add a new expense type, click the Add button.
In the window that opens, enter the name of the expense type in Russian and (if necessary) in Englishand in the appropriate fields.
You can specify the default expense type, it will be offered first in the list of values for the Payment Type field in the section href="https://laserwar.club/faq/kassa/rabota-s-dannymi-kass/">"Cashier".
For each position you can specify its Status: "On" or "Off". Expense types with the status "Disabled" are not deleted from the system, but are no longer displayed in selection lists. We recommend not deleting outdated values from the system, but assigning them the status "Disabled" in order to save the entire history of changes and, if necessary, quickly return the value to the list.
Click theSave button to apply the changes.
