Settings

In the "Settings" section, the basic parameters of the CRM portal are set, and reference books necessary for working in the system are created.

To work with a section, select "Settings" in the main menu, and then select the desired subsection:

• General settings- organization data, SMS and IP telephony settings, tariff and balance information.
• My profile - active user profile settings.
• Application - generation of a directory of application statuses for events.
• Games - creation of reference books necessary to describe the games held in the club.
• Payment - setting up loyalty programs, tariffs and forms of payment.
• Cash - creating a directory of expense types.
• Clients - generation of directories necessary for classifying club clients.
• Employees - setting up parameters for CRM system users and club employees.
• Equipment - generation of reference books necessary for the classification of gaming equipment.
• Products - creating a directory of product categories.
• Other services - creating a directory of additional services provided by the club.
• Mailmail - setting up mailing parameters for employees and clients.
