In the "Loyalty Programs" item, you can configure a list of programs aimed at attracting new and maintaining the loyalty of existing customers.
Loyalty programs provide discounts to customers if certain conditions are met (total payment of the specified cost for all applications, placement of the required number of applications, etc.). Customer discounts for loyalty programs are automatically changed in the "Customers" section in the following cases:
- whenever the conditions of the loyalty programs change;
- when saving application data from the client.
When forming an application the client's discount is applied automatically. The loyalty program discount is valid for the client only if his personal discount is not manually set in the "Customers" section.
In the central part of the window there is a list of three types of programs available by default:
- Total cost of applications - the discount is calculated depending from the total cost of applications paid by the client;
- Number of applications - the discount is calculated depending on the number of applications made by the client ;
- Number of players - the discount is calculated depending on the number of players in all client requests.
If a certain type of loyalty program is not relevant for your club, you can disable it in the Status column.
To change the loyalty program parameters, click the 
in the line with its name. In the window that opens, configure the program data:
- Total cost of applications - specify the value the amount paid, starting from which the discount is valid, and the amount of the discount as a percentage;
- Number of applications - indicate the number of placed applications required to apply the discount, and the discount amount as a percentage;
- Number of players - specify the number of players, whose participation is necessary to apply the discount, and the amount of the discount as a percentage.
You can addrows to the list using the corresponding button. To remove a line from the list, click the button 
.
Click theSave button to apply the changes.
