You can filter the list by the value of any column by entering the corresponding value in the top row of the table. If necessary, the list values can be saved in *.xlsx format. To do this, click the Export button and specify the file location.
You can change the data of the previously generated code by clicking the

To generate a new gift certificate, fill out the parameters at the top of the window.
- Type - certificate type: for free games or for a gift amount.
- Number of codes - the number of codes that will be generated with the specified parameters.
- Amount - the number of free games for each code (if "Free game" is selected in the Type field) or gift amount (if "Gift amount" is selected in the Type field).
Click the Generate button to generate certificate codes in accordance with the specified parameters.
If necessary, gift certificate codes can be generated manually (for example, to generate a promotional word). To do this, click the Add button. In the window that opens, fill in the certificate parameters.

In the Code field, enter a promotional word, select the Type certificate in the field of the same name and enter the value in the Quantity field - the number of free games (if the value "Free game" is selected in the Type field) or the gift amount (if the value is selected in the Type field "Gift amount").
For each position you can specify its Status: "On" or "Off". Certificates with the status "Disabled" are not deleted from the system, but are no longer displayed in the selection lists. We recommend that you do not delete obsolete values from the system, but rather assign them the status "Disabled" in order to preserve the entire history of changes and, if necessary, quickly return the value to the list. If the certificate code has been completely used in the "Cashier" section, its status is automatically set to "Disabled".
Click theSave button to apply the changes.
