In the "Employee Mailings" section, you can configure the types of automatic notifications that club employees can receive.
The central part of the window displays two types of newsletters for employees: "New application" and "New application on the mini-site."
Notification "New application" aboutsent to the instructor specified in the application for the event The notification "New application on the mini-site" is sent to the administrator of the CRM system when creating a new online application for mini-site.
Two options for sending alerts are available: via SMS or Email, they are enabled by the corresponding switches.
Each newsletter has a template that you can edit by clicking the Template button in the line with the notification type and sending method. This opens the notification template editing window.
In this window you must enter the Name of the template and the text itself in the Template field. When editing template text, you can use the following variables:
- Name - name client;
- Date - date;
- Time - time.
The newsletter is sent only to those users whose profile contains the appropriate contact information (subsection "Settings" - "Employees" - "Users").
