In the “Calls” section, calls are made using IP telephony.
To make a call, select the type - "From an internal number" or "From an external number" - using the switch.
If you need to call from an internal number (creating a list of operators and their internal numbers is described in the section "IP-telephony" - "Sipuni" - "List of operators"), select the operator in the Extension number field and indicate the subscriber's phone number in international format in the On field number.
In the Settings area you can change additional call parameters:
- Reverse call direction - if this option is disabled, the call is made first to the internal number; if this parameter is enabled, the call is made first to the number specified in the To number field;
- Hide landline number - if this option is disabled, the landline number for the subscriber is not hidden; If this option is enabled, the subscriber's landline number is not displayed.
If you need to call from an external number using IP telephony, select the operator in the External number field (the connection will be made through this number). Specify the number from which the call will be made in the From number field, and the number to which the call will be made in the To number field. Phone numbers must be entered in international format.
Press the Call button. In this case, a call is made to the first number. After picking up the phone, the second number is dialed. When the second number is picked up, the call is connected. The caller ID with the number specified in the To number field will display not the external phone number, but the internal phone number.
