The "Mailout" subsection is intended for setting up mailing list parameters for employees and clients. This data is needed for further generation of email and SMS mailings to clients, as well as informing employees.
To work with the subsection, go to the main menu in "Settings" - "Mailout" and select the appropriate item.
New: Automarketing
In addition to manual mailings, the Automarketing module has appeared - automatic SMS/email based on triggers (application created, a reminder 24 hours in advance, feedback after the game, etc.).
For email automarketing, be sure to set up SMTP: see Email setup.
